Betaplan is run by Scott Booth, a Chartered Building Surveyor. Having worked in the construction industry for 25 years, Scott is fully qualified and experienced in the field including Architectural Design, Building Control Surveying and Project Management . 

Having achieved a degree in Construction Management, chartered status in both the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) and the ABE (Association of Building Engineers), you can be assured you'll be receiving the very best advice.

But qualifications are only one aspect, long standing day-to-day experience means we will deliver what is asked. Every project is dealt with personally, professionally and with responsibility. One of our primary focuses is customer care and satisfaction - we strive to form good working relationships with clients.

Betaplan has associations with other professional companies in the fields of Structural Engineering and Energy Assessors, covering all aspects of construction related works.
